Connecting your bank account to your Parrot profile

We use Stripe to provide fast and secure payments straight to your bank account. When you log in to your Parrot account for the first time, you should have been prompted to link your US bank account to Stripe.


If you need to change your bank account details, you can do so in the Payouts tab on your dashboard.

When to expect payment

Payments happen weekly, and appear in your bank account between Monday and Wednesday every week (this can vary based on your bank). 

What to do if you have problems with payment

Please email accounting@parrothq.com as soon as you notice any payment issues.

Including as much information as possible, and even screenshots where relevant, can help us solve your issue as fast as possible.
