Transcriber Escalation Report

Updated: 6/3/25

The Transcriber Escalation Report is a tool to give Transcribers a clear way to dispute feedback received from Reviewers. While our Reviewers aim to uphold high standards, mistakes or misinterpretations can happen. This form ensures there's a documented and fair process for addressing those concerns.

Why is this form important?

  • Correct Mistakes: Reviewers sometimes make errors—whether it’s mishearing audio, misunderstanding formatting, or overlooking context. This form allows you to share your side and request a closer look.
  • Support Continuous Improvement: Submitting a dispute helps both reviewers and transcribers learn and improve. Your feedback supports the overall consistency and fairness of our review process.
  • Efficiency: Rather than addressing these issues through informal channels, the form ensures that all issues are documented and addressed promptly and consistently.

Please include any specific context or problematic sections when submitting the form. This will allow the Transcription Operations Team to investigate and provide feedback directly to the Reviewer.
